The best defense is to build a strong immune system using some of the following suggestions.
Wash your hands many times during the day because the virus can be on door handles and on any solid item you may touch. Get plenty of rest and eat good nutritious meals so your immune system will stay strong. Drink plenty of ionized, alkaline water. Eat foods that are rich in color and minerals.
Ionic Silver or Nature's Sunshine Silver Shield 1 teaspoon per day
Black Elderberry Tincture or Syrup 1 - 2 teaspooons per day
Blue Boy Immunix 15 drops, 2 - 3X per day
Vitamin C 3-5,000 ml. a day
Garlic (capsules or raw) 2-3 a day
